First, choose a date that is comfortable for the greatest number of relatives. This may need to be around a Holiday, such as Memorial Day or the Fourth of July. No date is perfect for everyone, so choose the one that the greatest number of people can attend.
Next, choose the place where the reunion will be held, a place full of fun activities for both young and old for the entire week-end.
